Greetings, Fort Myers Beach friends and family!
We’re excited to bring you another update on the progress at Santini Plaza. Despite the recent visit from Tropical Storm Debby, our community’s spirit remains high, and our resolve is stronger than ever.
Weathering the Storm with a Smile
Tropical Storm Debby may have brought 3-4 feet of water to the north end of our beloved island, but it also showcased the resilience and unity of our community. The north end cleanup efforts are in full swing, with volunteers and professionals working hand-in-hand to restore and rejuvenate. It’s heartwarming to see everyone come together, turning a challenge into an opportunity for continued growth.
Santini Plaza: A Beacon of Progress
Amidst the cleanup, Santini Plaza continues to make strides. The south end of the island, was not as affected by Debby’s waters and remains a hive of activity. Contractors are busy as bees, ensuring that every detail is perfect for our highly anticipated fall opening.

We want to extend a massive thank you to everyone for their continued positive energy and prayers. Your support has been instrumental in keeping our momentum going. We couldn’t have come this far without you. The spirit of Fort Myers Beach is truly unstoppable, and Santini Plaza is a shining testament to our collective strength and determination.
