Personalized Service – is it gone?

We have been hearing for years how customer service is gone in many industries.  Regardless if the actual reason is due to the economy or lack of employees (we think it’s both), poor customer service has created poor experiences.  At Leani’s, we strive for you to have a positive experience!

We have been in Santini Marina Plaza since 1977 and have learned how to “do” retail right!  If you are seeking help with your fashions, we will do everything we can to accommodate you.  A trip to Leani’s will result in a staff member (or 2) greeting you or speaking to you while you are shopping. It is our goal to make sure you to look fabulous in your new apparel and/or swimwear.

 

What Leani’s does best

We strive to focus on helpful opinions and customer service regarding swimwear and apparel Monday – Friday from 10am until 3pm.

Whether it is your first trip to Leani’s, or you are a long time visitor who comes to visit our “Swim Suit Whisperer” you are in for a treat if customer service is what you are seeking.

We do our best to let you know how to find the perfect apparel or swimsuit in colors and styles that work for you & your body type.

Need something shipped?

While we can not reduce the cost of shipping (and everything else with rising prices) , we can assist with priority mail boxes. Leani’s keeps the 3 base sized USPS flat rate boxes on hand for your shipping needs.

Need to speak to a human on the phone?

If we are busy assisting customers in the store, we typically don’t stop to answer the phone. We do have voicemail and someone will return your call as soon as it is convenient. You will never get customer service from another store like you will at Leani’s. However, it is sometimes hard to reach us on the phone from January through March.
